Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within Argentina only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

Tracking: When available, tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging: Orders are securely packaged and discreetly labeled to help protect product integrity during transit.

Address Accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or return-to-sender outcomes.

Carrier Delays: Carrier delays can occur and are outside of our control. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first, then message us with your order number.
