Research Use Only (RUO)
All products sold by BioJack LLC are labeled and sold strictly as Research Use Only (RUO).
BioJack products are sold strictly for research use only and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
By purchasing from BioJack, you acknowledge and agree that you are acquiring these products solely for lawful laboratory research purposes and that you are qualified to handle research materials.
Eligibility and Compliance
You represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that your purchase, handling, storage, and use of BioJack products comply with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations.
BioJack LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Shipping
BioJack currently ships orders within Argentina only.
Shipping times, carriers, processing, and delivery details are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page and may change without notice.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy.
Limitation of Liability
BioJack LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products outside their intended research purpose.
All responsibility for compliance, safety, and lawful use rests solely with the purchaser.
